He has gone on to develop a large national agency with several hundred consultants that service clients on a weekly basis. He has mentored many successful six figure producers and seven figure managers/leaders with the sole focus of meeting the clients needs first and foremost and going the extra mile for them. He is a servant leader that truly cares about his clients and agents and is accountable to our Creator ultimately for his actions.
